Rates & Rules

Event Pricing:

A non-refundable deposit at the time of booking will hold your date and will be deducted from total bill once invoice is issued.  See below for event and non-refundable deposit pricing.

$1000 non-member, $750 member

  • Wedding receptions and other formal banquets such as quinceañeras, in which the SACC will be providing a plated meal. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve the date requested

$600 non-member, $400 member

  • Formal meeting or event, business or otherwise, in which the SACC will be providing a plated meal. Excludes wedding receptions and quinceañeras – refer to Reception Rental Agreement.

$400 non-member, $350 member 

  • Graduation, anniversary, reunion, or similar type of event in which a plated meal is NOT being provided by the SACC

$300 non-member, $300 member

  • Any meeting or event less than 2 hours, in which the renting party is a business entity, and a plated meal is NOT being provided by the SACC

$300 non-member, $200 member

  • Bridal or baby shower, in which a plated meal is NOT being provided by the SACC
  • For bridal shower, fee is reduced to $150 if wedding reception is also booked through SACC

$250 non-member, $250 member

  • Any meeting or event in which the renting party is a non-profit organization as defined by the IRS, and a plated meal is NOT being provided by the SACC

Unless otherwise noted, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve the date requested. The deposit will be deducted from the rental fee when invoice is issued.

The SACC reserves the right to create and/or adjust rental fees as necessary for any event not specifically identified above. Determination of rental fee and details will be communicated in advance of rental deposit.

All meals must be prepared by St. Anthony Community Center

Hall rental includes setup & cleaning of the facility.  We are not responsible for personal decor, etc.  See rental agreement for more details.

Remaining balance of rental will be billed with the meal, after completion of the event.

Meals are prepared in house and plate prices below include choice of two sides:
Fried Chicken, $11.75
Ham, $11.75Pork Loin, $12.00
Roast Beef, $12.75
Chicken Breast, $12.75
Roast Turkey, $12.75
Chicken Cordon Bleu, $13.00

A second meat may be added to the meal by adding $2.00 to the higher priced plate of the two selections (e.g., Fried Chicken & Ham, $13.75. Roast Turkey & Chicken Cordon Blue, $15.00).

Plate price also includes gravy, coleslaw, bread, and coffee/tea

Side choices are dressing, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, au gratin potatoes, corn, green beans, California blend, winter mix, or relish tray. Additional side options are available; discussions are required with head cook.

Additional sides are $0.75 per person, per side

Table service is included at no additional cost (plates, forks, knives, napkins, coffee cups, take home containers, condiments)

Please note: You may also customize your menu by talking with our head cook about additional options such as: BBQ beef brisket, fried fish, or baby carrots. Please see the “Contact Us” page for more information.

Any food remaining after the meal is finished will be placed in containers for you to take along.

Unlimited fountain soft drinks, including cups, are available for $1.50 per plate.
Ice is supplied by Community Center at no additional charge.

Prices for food and drink cannot be guaranteed, however; prices will be guaranteed 6 months prior to your event.

Plated meals may be added to other events at additional costs; discussions are required with booking manager and head cook if desired.

Hall Rules:

Alcohol is available for events, but is not supplied by the St. Anthony Community Center. You can contact us for information on how to make arrangements. If necessary, temporary beer and wine permits are the responsibility of renter.

Tables and chairs are set up by Community Center personnel.
Round tables, rectangular tables, bar tables combination thereof are available.

Decorating may begin the day before the event. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding decorating.

Shower Rental:

NO food catering is allowed; crock pot or cold items are permitted.

If a hot meal is desired, please discuss the menu and pricing with our head cook.

The St. Anthony Community Center does not supply regular drinks or alcohol for showers. This should be handled at your discretion; Renter is responsible for temporary beer and wine permit, if necessary

Ice machine and walk-in cooler are available for use at no charge.

Decorating may begin anytime after 8am the day of the event. You may set up tables and chairs as you wish at that time.
